I take it. I'm off all meds now for ADHD, anxiety and depression. It's part of my mental health stack with NAC and Magnesium Glycinate. NAC and L-Theanine w/caffeine in morning; straight L-Theanine at lunch; Mag Gly before bed. Less stress, less anxiety, more focus, better sleep. I drink 16 ounces of tea a day. No coffee. 100 mgs of caffeine in my L-Theanine & tea. That's all I need.

I love it. I take it at night when my mind is racing. Takes about 30 minutes and then my anxiety is gone.

Absolutely amazing stuff. The first time i took it, was 100mg suntheanine and my response was so insane, that i would say it improved my life by 30 to 40%. more energy, focus, brain capacity, relaxed and happier. I've lowered my dose now, slowly building back up to find the sweet spot again, but i couldn't go without it. It all feels super natural too, unlike other supplements that leave you drained the next day.

L theanine is amazing. Make sure you find a reputable brand as with any supplement. Combine with caffeine for calm focused energy. Combine with magnesium glycinate for great fucking sleep. Use alone for anxiety relief. Can't really go wrong. 200-400mg as needed. One supplement you won't be disappointed in.

I take this one: [L-Theanine 200mg](https://iherb.co/xQN45pHz?rcode=DDF4878&utm_medium=appshare) and it really works. It calms me not in a sedating way, just gives you peace of mind. I’m also currently tapering off of Lexapro and it is a huge help. It’s the 2nd time I’m ordering it, price is very good and on top of everything, it works.
