Been taking magnesium bisglycinate powder form for about 4 days. No difference expect the powder in the drink form makes me a little nauseas so I take half in the morning half later in the day. I have no reason to take it i feel great and fine as is but ppl keep talking it up so thought I'd try it. Seems like a placebo so far but maybe in a month or so I will change my mind?

I started noticing small changes within a few days, mostly better sleep and less twitching in my legs at night. After about two weeks my overall calmness and recovery after workouts improved a lot. I’ve been taking Organixx Magnesium 7 because it blends multiple forms of magnesium and seems to absorb better than the single-type ones I tried before.

Me! I went from 3 migraines a week to 3 a month after taking it for 2 months straight. No other changes besides addition of mg citrate. I go to the bathroom more often than before but never had diarrhea as they say.

Magnesium citrate has the unfortunate ability to cause diarrhoea. I’m not sure how much your body actually absorbs, because it seems to be flushed out again when I take it.

Mag citrate is very commonly used as a laxative so be careful and start small. I take a blend of oxide, citrate and glycinate, but I also take it for cardiac issues.
