Great peptide. Been doing for about a year. Labs all good. Great for skin and hair and just generally looking and feeling young. I take breaks - but def recommend. Listen to your body and adjust if needed.

I've pinned it for 3 months everyday. Results are great. Even pinning my skin is definitely harder. Hair is definitely thicker. I'm preparing to cycle off pinning and making my own serum with GHK and Snap for about a month. Then I'll cycle back on pinning.

I never got the “skin purge” that people talk about - acne and worse skin before it cleans up - but the healthy looking face came in at about week 3, crows feet kind of filled in, reducing fine wrinkles. I am at 8 weeks now

5 weeks in on GHK-CU and my bald spot started to fill in, my hair got darker, and skin was looking better. It depends on the person.

I’ve been on 5mg daily for four months now, with one three week break in between. I started at 1.5, then moved to 2 based on Anela. At 2 I was noticing some effect but not enough. Went to four, then eventually 5. Take a zinc supplement. Skin is beautiful, soft and glowing. Even my stretch marks are GONE!
