It always makes me groggy the next day. I'm very sensitive and will cut a 5 mg tab into 4 pieces. It's also not very good for people with depression.

Helps me fall asleep but makes me wake up around 3 to 4 hours in. Dreams become more vivid. Also feel groggier in the morning. I'd only use it to correct jetlag or something like that.

Melatonin always gave me wicked vivid dreams (sometimes nightmares) whenever I took 1mg at bedtime. Downside is being groggy and stupid the next day.

I just recently started taking melatonin again and just had the most intense and realistic dream ever. I basically had super strength/powers that slowly developed over time. People were chasing me and wanted to fight me for some reason. Someone shot at me and I some how stopped the bullet and was able to control it with my had directing through their heads killing them. There was still one main guy that wanted to fight me and this is where I started punching him one man punch type strength. I then woke up to me actually swinging in the air as if I were acting out the whole thing and even heard myself sleep talk. Shit was wild. It felt like a video game as if I was forced on these missions. I’ve been told I sleep talk and have actually woke up before cause I’ve heard myself laughing in...

Every time I've taken melatonin thinking it is going to help me sleep, I'll stare at the doorway of my room for hours and then enter a sleep like state while still feeling awake. Sometimes this ventures into full fledged lucid like dreams that are uncomfortable or danger involved. A couple times I've woken fully up kicking the air as if someone entered the room. Fuck melatonin
